When to arrive
Registration is open from 7:00am, and we’ll have coffee (thanks to AgentBox and AgentPoint!) and snacks available on arrival. So beat the traffic, get organised and do some early networking. We recommend you enter via entrances Lobby Door B & C or you’ll end up walking miles! (See map below)
Registering and Being Covid Safe
Nobody wants to go into lockdown again, so being Covid-safe is super important. Please make sure you have the Vic Government check in app on your phone so you can check in when you arrive at MCEC. There will be lots of signs with QR codes around the venue.
Your ticket will be scanned by our friendly volunteers who are wearing hot pink Rise t’shirts as you enter Plenary for the first time. (You can’t miss them!!). Make sure you have your ticket either printed or on your phone. You can access your ticket through Eventbrite anytime. Here’s a handy guide.
There will be a cloak room and luggage service available at the Customer Service Desk inside the main entrance off Convention Centre Place.
Mobile charging stations
We know real estate runs on caffeine and a mobile phone so yes, there will be lots of mobile charging stations around the venue!

We have a tremendous fundraising auction happening both live on stage with auctioneer Andrew McCann and an extensive silent auction. Prizes range from gift hampers, exclusive wine, designer outfits through to amazing training opportunities and luxury holiday experiences (courtesy of Domain).
